    SCCM remote tools pointing to different machine

    When I try using remote tools in SCCM to connect to a selected macine, it will connect to a totally different machine. This doesn't happen to all machines just a few of them. They have seperate IPs and are located in the same domain. I released and renwed the IPs. I have also flushed DNS. Does anyone have any have any thoughts? Thanks!

     are there multiple entries within dns for the device?

    There were multiple entries. We deleted the entries and ran a salvage. It worked. Thanks for pointing us in the right direction!
