Am not that sure if the following would be counted as your concern, if not please let me know to whom or how I may get in touch with: I been trying to access and/or view the following videos, MS SQL Server 2008, but sad to say I got these reply from the website. Today I decided to cancel my subscription since still I got the same error. Thanks so much for your time and prompt response. Best regards.

You are getting this error because your firewall has port 88 closed. If you can open it, then you will not have this issue. We do plan on making this work on port 80 in the near future. I'm very sorry for the inconvenience and we are looking to make the change so that more people can view the videos from the office.

 Thanks for the reply. I did open port 88, but still I got the same error. May inform you that during the first two weeks of my subscription, I was able to access the videos. I just wonder why after the period mentioned, the error persist.

Hope you could shed some more light. Thanks for the time.

Just wanted to say thanks Brian, after the initial stuttering I found the speed really good, all in all I have to say hats off to you guys :)

Archer, are you still having the same problem? If so, the developers are going to fix this next week from what I know.
