Having an Issue Installing a Reporting Server

I have a lab that I am building with a SQL / MOM server and another seperate MOM reporting server that I want to use. The reporting server will use the other SQL server. When I try and install MOM Reporting on the non SQL box, I get an error that SQL SP3 or above is needed. The box has SP2 and the installation of MOM reporting sees that SQL reporting is available, but not the SQL SP. Does that make sense to anyone? Have you run into this before?

Well, I found the answer. There is a bug in the MOM 2005 installer when you have SQL 2000 SP4 installed. You need to change the registry setting to make it work. Here is the post I found on another site tht cleared up this issue for me.
