hey Everyone

         I was if somebody could help with this. ON my Microsoft Word 2003, i keep losing my toolbar everytime when i shutdown. Once i turn it back on my toolbar that i created is missing. What can i do to leave it permittely without worrying to shut down? Sombody please help. Thanks

Well, I looked last night and added a new toolbar to Outlook (I know you said Word 2003) and was able to close Outlook and open without issue, even after a reboot.

Now, in Word 2007, there is what's called the "ribbon" rather than the toolbar. I could not find out how to add a whole new one. I could edit, but nothing new. I spent some good time on this...

I think someone who is running Word 2003 will need to help as 2007 is kind of different.

Not sure about the Office 2003 problem, but ribbons in Office 12 are a pain in a*s..
