I believe your site runs under Community Server.  It appears that you have made several changes to make it look great.

How about a Blogcast showing the how to make those changes!

Sorry for the delay in my reply. I would be happy to make a video or even show some documentation on how the changes were made to the site. The problem is that I hired a person to make all the changes. I have no documentation on what he did. All the little things I have done have been by asking questions in the Community Server forums and those were minor changes.

So, I don't think I would have the ability to make a blogcast on this... sorry.
