    Unable to view Blogcast

When I try to view a blogcast I receive "Unable to Load media http://216.198.235.130:88/media/44/569/smssp2.wmv".  This error I receive on any blogcast.

    Thanks for your help

    Great site.

I'm very sorry about that. We have just about cleaned up any issues. The issue seems to be resolved by the developers. Please try this again and it should work.

I can copy the url and the video runs in media player and also works on the SMS SP2 ITMU page. Maybe the url you are trying to watch is different than the video I'm looking at. Can you please paste in the page URL you get the error from? Do you have this issue with any other videos?

The only thing I can possibly think of is that your firewall settings are blocking port 88 for http.

    Re: Unable to view Blogcast

Mike is my developer. To clarify his statement, he means that "your" firewall would be blocking port 88 which is what port we use to stream the videos. You would have to open this if you are in the office and have a firewall of some sort or Windows firewall configured.
