I have been trying to view the Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager videos in level 5

 I have subscribed but still iam unable to view or download the videos, am i missing something?

all assistance on this matter is greatly appreciated.

We worked out MANY of the bugs yesterday. key things to remember when you subscribe. Your billing address MUST match that of your card. Also the correct card number and CVV security number on the back of your card is required. If using American Express the security code is 4 numbers and is on the front of your card.

I just managed to view the level 5 videos.

I didnt realize i needed silverlight to view the videos, after installing silver light iam now able to view the videos with no problem.
