I'm currently running SCCM 2007 SP1 in Native mode off a SQL Cluster. 2 servers SCCM1 and SCCM2.
SCCM1 Roles: component server, device management point, distribution point, fallback status point, management point, reporting point, server locator point, site server, site system
SCCM2 Roles: component server, distribution point, site system, software update point
WSUS is installed in the clustered SQL as well.
So anyway now my problem. The Site System Status for SCCM2 ConfMgr software update point is complaining over and over again about not being able to connect to the database. Exact message is below.
Failures were reported on WSUS Server "SCCM2" while trying to make WSUS database connection with SQL Exception error code -2146232060.
Possible cause: SQL Database service is not running or cannot be accessed.
Solution: Verify that the SQL Server and SQL Server Agent services are running and can be contacted.
However, the software update page works fine as well as all the updates are coming in just fine.
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance,
Tom
