You may want to add a second IP address to a server for various reasons. Learn how to add the IP address and also configure DNS to use two separate names for one server. This is something everyone should know how to do.

Seems like on the next reboot of this server, that the internet IP would re-register in the default forward lookup zone. Therefore, you would have both the private and internet IP in the default domain forward lookup zone. So, I think you need to speficy not to auto register DNS on the internet NIC. In this way, the intranet nic would autoregister with DNS and the Internet IP would be a static manually created record shown in your blogcast.
