Adding a UPN is something you can do that allows you to have a new domain name registered within your current domain. Maybe your company bought another and you need to distinguish users from the new company to the current. Perhaps you have another email domain and want specific users to be associated to the new domain name. Either way, this is a easy way to add a domain name to your existing structure!
