During the 1980s and 90s as the PC started to appear on company desktops I was elected the employee to learn the system and teach the others. Continuing in that role I have learned to demonstrate the use of programs such as Microsoft Office by making the user comfortable with the application and applying it to everyday at work, school and home uses.
